Some homes sell on a single room. This one sells on a way of living — kitchen and dining opening onto a covered patio, living areas looking out across open green space, and a setting that only makes sense from above. The campaign had to show all three.
The property
A two-storey family home in Karaka, South Auckland, with indoor-outdoor living at its centre and an open outlook from the main living areas.
What the media had to do
Show buyers how the home is lived in, not just what each room contains; show the outlook; and give the listing a hero image strong enough to stop the scroll on the portals.
Photography
The daylight set follows the way a family would move through the home: kitchen and dining first, out to the patio, then the lounge and sitting area facing the view, and finally the bedrooms. Styled details — the kitchen bench, the outdoor dining setting — sit between the wide shots so the gallery has rhythm rather than reading as a room inventory.
Drone
A daytime aerial shows what ground photos can’t: the home, the garden and the open land around it. For a property where the setting is part of the value, the aerial is one of the most important images in the set.
Twilight
The hero image is a twilight aerial, with the home lit against the evening sky. Twilight earns its place when the image has to make someone stop scrolling — and this one leads the campaign.
The campaign
Daylight interiors, details, a daytime aerial and a twilight hero — captured in one visit and delivered as one consistent set. See the full Karaka campaign.
