Photography is only the beginning
A listing today needs more than a gallery. It needs photos for the portals, a film for buyers who want to feel the home, aerials that show the land and location, a floor plan, a tour, and content for social. Booking those from different suppliers means more appointments for the vendor, more coordination for the agent, and media that doesn’t look like it belongs together.
PK Visuals exists to deliver all of it as one campaign: one property, one shoot, every visual asset the listing needs — consistent in look and delivered on time.
Every frame has a job
Each image is there to answer a buyer’s question: how big is the room, where does the light fall, what’s the view, how does the home sit on the land. Verticals are straight, colour is accurate, and the whole set is edited to one standard so it reads as a single story.
Photos, floor plans and aerials are usually delivered within 24 hours, and video and reels within 48 hours — because a campaign is only useful if it’s ready when the listing goes live.
Planned before the shoot
Good campaigns are planned. Before the shoot we talk through the property, the selling points, and the media the campaign needs — including music for the film and any preference for the twilight sky. On the day, the shoot runs around the vendor and the light. Afterwards, revisions are part of the service.
