What we collect
When you send an enquiry or booking, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, the property address, your preferred shoot date, the campaign or service you’re interested in, and any notes.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out the shoot, deliver your media and invoice for the work. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Enquiry forms on this website are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form service. Email and file delivery services may also hold your information as part of delivering your media.
Property images
Properties are photographed at the request of the agent, owner or developer. We may show selected images in our portfolio without street addresses. If you’d like an image removed, contact us and we’ll take it down.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing Info@pkvisuals.com.
