How bookings work

Bookings
Book through the booking form or by phone. Last-minute bookings are welcome, subject to availability.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule before the shoot, including at the last minute — just let us know as soon as you can. Once the shoot has been completed, the booking can’t be cancelled.
Revisions
Revisions are provided. If something in your delivered media needs changing, tell us and we’ll work through it with you.
Our guarantee
We stand behind the service. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Drone flights
Drone flights can be restricted near airports and other controlled airspace, and some locations need approval in advance or can’t be flown. We check the address when you book and confirm what’s possible before the shoot.
Planning your shoot
We recommend planning the shoot with us beforehand, so the property is ready and the media covers what the campaign needs. It helps to let us know:
- Your music preference, for video and reels
- Your twilight sky preference, if you have one, for twilight sessions
- Any rooms, features or angles you want to highlight
